Stenographer Grade C	Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board in India and should possess transcription skills, with a transcription time of 40 minutes for English and 55 minutes for Hindi.
Stenographer Grade D	Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board in India and should possess transcription skills, with a transcription time of 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.

Qualification Details
Stenographer (Grade C) : 12th Class Passed, Stenography [Dictation (English / Hindi) : 10 Mins : 100 WPM, Transcription (English : 40 Minutes \| Hindi : 55 Minutes)]. Stenographer (Grade D) : 12th Class Passed, Stenography [Dictation (English / Hindi) : 10 Minutes : 80 WPM, Transcription (English : 50 Minutes \| Hindi : 65 Minutes)].
