🎂 Age Limit

Age Limit (as on 03-06-2026)
  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 40 Years
  • Candidate should be born between 02 January 1986 to 01 January 2008.
  • Age Relaxation applicable as per Government Rules.
  • Maximum age after relaxation shall not exceed 50 Years.
Eligibility
  • Candidate must have passed SSLC / 10th or equivalent qualification.
  • Government approved 2-Year National / State Trade Certificate in Electrician / Wireman trade is required.
  • Candidates must satisfy physical fitness and vision standards.
  • Candidates should be physically fit for outdoor electrical work.

Pay Scale
  • â‚ą24,400 – â‚ą43,600/-
  • Salary will be provided as per Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd. rules.

 

Physical Standards
  • Minimum Height for Male Candidates: 157.48 cm (5’2″)
  • Minimum Height for Female Candidates: 144.78 cm (4’9″)
  • Vision should be normal and free from colour blindness.
  • Candidates must climb and descend a 9-meter electric pole within 8 minutes.
  • Physical fitness will be verified through Practical Test.

  • SSLC Certificate / Marksheet
  • Trade Certificate in Electrician / Wireman
  • Community / Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Medical Certificate in prescribed format
  • AADHAAR Card
  • Printout of Online Application Form
