Eligibility
- Data Scientist: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field with 3 years experience in Bank/Financial Institution/large databases.
- Oracle HCM (Payroll & Integrations): B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience in Financial Compliance, Payroll for India, OIC Services, Compensation Workbench.
- Oracle HCM (Talent, Workflow & Experience): B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience in Core HR, Talent Management, LMS, HR Helpdesk, Approval Hierarchies.
