- Assistant Professor: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in relevant field as per NMC standards.
- Senior Resident: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB or PG-Diploma in concerned specialty.

- Professor (Level 13): ₹1,23,100/-
- Associate Professor (Level 12): ₹78,800/-
- Assistant Professor (Level 11): ₹67,700/-
- Senior Resident (Level 11): ₹67,700/-
