Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)
- For Director, Physical Education and Librarian: As per rules.
- For Senior Assistant [18 to 35 years as on 26.03.2026]: Born not earlier than 27.03.1991 and not later than 26.03.2008. (both date inclusive)
- For Other Posts [18 to 32 years as on 26.03.2026]: Born not earlier than 27..03.1994 and not later than 26.03.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Junior Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream + 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
- For Library Attendant: Intermediate (10+2) passed + Certificate in Library Science.
- For Laboratory Attendant: Intermediate (10+2) passed with Science / Matriculation (10th) passed with Science as one the subject + Skill Certificate in Laboratory Technology or ITI in relevant trade.
- For Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor Degree with 2 years experience.
- For Semi Professional Assistant: Master Degree in Library Science and Information Science OR Bachelor Degree in Library / Library and Information Science + 2 years experience.
- For Senior Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 3 years experience as Assistant or equivalent.
- For Other Posts: Please refer to official detail.
Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC (CL) / EWS candidates, Rs. 800/- for OBC (NCL) / EWS / Female candidates and Rs. 600/- for SC / ST / PwBD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Assistant Registrar, Assistant and Senior Assistant in Delhi University Recruitment 2026 are given below:
