How to Apply for NHIDCL Deputy Manager Technical Recruitment 2026
  • Applications must be submitted online only through the NHIDCL Recruitment Portal, accessible on the official website https://www.nhidcl.com under the Recruitment Section. Hard copy applications will not be accepted under any circumstances. The online portal will be active from 09-05-2026 (10:00 AM) to 08-06-2026 (5:00 PM). Candidates must ensure their Name and Date of Birth are entered exactly as they appear on records during portal registration.
  • All documents uploaded as specified in the online application must be legible and valid. The Application Acknowledgement and supporting documents must be retained by candidates for verification prior to Offer of Appointment. NHIDCL will communicate solely via email – candidates must provide correct, active email addresses and keep their email ID active for at least one year. No change in registered email ID will be allowed.
Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Document Verification (on being called):
  • Age proof – 10th Certificate or Birth Certificate
  • Educational qualifications – Degree certificate in Civil Engineering
  • GATE Score Card (2024/2025/2026) – candidates must retain their GATE login credentials (Enrollment ID, email ID, password, mobile number)
  • SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / EWS / PwBD certificate (if applicable)
  • Ex-Serviceman Discharge Certificate (if applicable)
  • Government/PSU employees – NOC / Relieving Letter from current organization
  • Application Acknowledgement copy

All correspondence shall be made only via email at: recruit.tech1@nhidcl.com. Any other mode of correspondence shall not be valid. Selected candidates, before joining, shall be required to furnish a Non-transferable Service Bond for Rs. 5 Lakhs valid for two years on Non-Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100.

  • Candidates must be Indian Citizens or subjects of Nepal/Bhutan with a valid GATE score in Civil Engineering (2024/2025/2026).
  • Candidates must possess the prescribed minimum qualification on the closing date of application.
  • No hard copy applications will be accepted – online submission only via NHIDCL Recruitment Portal.
  • Reserved category candidates applying for unreserved posts will not be eligible for any relaxations.
  • Government/PSU candidates must submit NOC/relieving letter at the time of document verification – no pay protection or past service benefits on joining.
  • Canvassing or external influence will disqualify the candidate from selection.
  • Candidates should avoid middlemen, recruitment agents, consultants, and fraudulent job promises.

  • Selected candidates are required to undergo a two-year probation period, extendable up to a maximum of two more years.
  • All disputes are subject to Delhi High Court jurisdiction, with the English version prevailing for interpretation.
