AFCAT 01/2026:- Indian Air Force has released a recruitment notification and invites online applications for the courses commencing in January, 2027 for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC) / Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches. Online applications are also invited for NCC Special Entry Scheme (For grant of PC / SSC in Flying Branch) and Meteorology Branch. - Flying: 38 Posts
- Ground Duty (Technical): 188 Posts
- Ground Duty (Non Technical): 114 Posts
- For Flying Branch (20 to 24 years as on 01.01.2027): Born not earlier than 02.01.2003 and not later than 01.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For Ground Duty (Technical / Non Technical) [20 to 26 years as on 01.01.2026]: Born not earlier than 02.01.2001 and not later than 01.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification: Graduation in any Discipline / Stream with 60% marks.
Fees: Rs. 649/- for All candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of AFCAT in IAF – Indian Air Force Recruitment 01/2026 are given below:
