How to Apply for HRRL Recruitment 2026- Applications must be submitted online only at https://www.hrrl.in/ → Careers → Current Openings. No other mode of application is accepted. The portal is active from 14.05.2026 to 03.06.2026 (23:45 hrs). Candidates applying for experienced positions (S/G E2, E3, E5) must upload their detailed resume, essential education certificate, and experience certificates in a single PDF file at the time of online application. Candidates should submit only one application; if multiple applications are submitted, only the latest will be considered. All details entered in the online form are final – no changes will be entertained after submission. Admit cards for CBT and call letters for Skill Test/Personal Interview will be available for download on the HRRL website only; no hard copies will be sent.

- All eligibility computations (age, experience, qualification) are as on 13.05.2026.
- Candidates in their final year/semester whose results are awaited by the cut-off date are not eligible.
- Qualifications through part-time/correspondence/distance learning mode are not eligible.
- For E0 positions, candidates with higher professional qualifications (BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, M.Sc, Ph.D, etc.) are not eligible.
- Physical Fitness Efficiency Test (Agility, Endurance, and Working at Height) is applicable for Jr. Executive – Fire & Safety, Chemical, and Mechanical (E0) only.
- Jr. Executive – Fire & Safety candidates must possess a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License as on 13.05.2026 and meet prescribed physical standards (height, weight, chest measurements, eyesight, and health criteria).
- OBC-NCL certificate must not be older than 6 months from the cut-off date and must clearly state the candidate does not belong to the creamy layer.
- EWS Income and Asset Certificate must be valid for FY 2026-27 and submitted at the time of interview.
- Candidates currently employed in Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) in original at the time of the selection process.
- Application fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Travel allowance (Sleeper class for E0/E1/E2 for CBT/Skill Test/GD & PI; 3rd AC for E3/E5 for interviews) is reimbursable for SC/ST/PwBD candidates (CBT stage) and all candidates for E3/E5 selection, for journeys of not less than 30 km.
- Canvassing in any form at any stage will lead to cancellation of candidature.
- Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
