Eligibility- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- BE / B.Tech candidates are not eligible.
- Basic Computer Knowledge as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules 1967.
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi language.
Pay Scale- Rs. 49,600/- Fixed Pay for first 5 years.
- After 5 years: Rs. 39,900/- to Rs. 1,26,600/- (Level-7)
Selection Process- Written Examination (MCQ Based)
- Part-A: General Subjects – 90 Marks
- Part-B: Civil Engineering – 120 Marks
- Total Marks: 210
- Minimum 40% qualifying marks required in each part.
