  • Start from: 28.01.2026
  • Closure Date: 27.02.2026
  • Date of Exam: 22.03.2026 & 29.03.2026

Application Fee

  • For College Librarian: Rs. 3000/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates and Rs. 1500/- for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.
  • For Other Posts: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.
  • Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Age Limit Details

  • For LDC and UDC (18 to 32 years as on 28.01.2026)
  • For Other Posts (18 to 35 years as on 28.01.2026)
  • For College Librarian

Age Relaxation

  • Born not earlier than 29.01.1994 and not later than 28.01.2008. (both dates inclusive)
  • Born not earlier than 29.01.1991 and not later than 28.01.2008. (both dates inclusive)
  • As per rules.

  • For College Librarian: Master Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with 55% marks + NET / Ph.D.
Section Officer 01 Post 
  • For Section Officer: Bachelor Degree in any stream + Proficiency in Computer Operation + 03 years experience as Assistant. 
Assistant 15 Post
  • For Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream + Proficiency in Computer Operation + 03 years experience as UDC or its equivalent.
Professional Assistant 01 Post
  • For Professional Assistant: Master Degree in Library & Information Science + 02 years experience in relevant field.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC) 02 Post
  • For Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Bachelor Degree in any stream + 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi + Proficiency in Computer Operations + 02 years experience as Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Equivalent posts.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC) 20 Post
  • For Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Bachelor Degree in any stream + 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi + Proficiency in Computer Operations.
