- For Programmer: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Computer Engineering 8 Electronics OR Master Degree in Computer Science / Computer Application. One year experience.
- For Planning Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Planning / Architecture.
- For Assistant Executive Engineer: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in relevant trade.
