Eligibility Details
- Consultant (Admin & Accounts): Retired from Admin & Accounts cadre in Group ‘A’ or ‘B’, knowledge of Government Rules & computer proficiency required.
- Consultant (Drivers): Retired from Driver Cadre-I with valid LMV & HMV driving licence.
Pay & Allowances
- Fixed monthly remuneration equivalent to 50% of last pay drawn.
- Transport Allowance: 50% of entitlement at retirement.
- No DA, HRA, Increment, TA/DA, GPF or Gratuity during re-engagement.

Tenure & Conditions
- Initial engagement for one year.
- Extendable up to five years or till attaining 65 years.
- Purely contractual in nature.
- BARC reserves the right to terminate re-engagement at any time.
