- For Medical Assistant (Degree / Diploma Holders) [Unmarried Candidates] Born not earlier than 01.01.2003 and not later than 01.01.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For Medical Assistant (Degree / Diploma Holders) [Married Candidates] Born not earlier than 01.01.2003 and not later than 01.01.2006. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 50% marks OR Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy with 50% marks.

- Chest: 77 – 82 Cms
- Race: 1.6 Kms in 07 minutes
- 10 Push-ups: 01 Minute
- 10 Sit-ups: 01 Minute
