Eligibility- Technical Officer: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- Technician (1): 10th with Science subjects and ITI / Experience in relevant trade.
Pay Scale- Technical Officer: Level 7 Pay Matrix ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400/-
- Approx. Salary: ₹89,268/- per month
- Technician (1): Level 2 Pay Matrix ₹19,900 – ₹63,200/-
- Approx. Salary: ₹39,728/- per month

Educational Qualification Details- For Technical Officer (Physics / Electronics): B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics Engineering OR M.Sc in Physics / Electronics / Applied Electronics with minimum 55% marks.
- For Technical Officer (Computer Science): B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science OR MCA with minimum 55% marks.
- For Technician (1): 10th Pass with Science subjects and minimum 55% marks along with ITI / Apprenticeship / Relevant Work Experience.
