  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT domain with 5 years as Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst.
  • Preferred: MBA and certifications like PMP, CBAP, Scrum Master, ITIL, etc.

Pay Scale
  • Up to ₹45 Lakhs CTC (Annual) (Negotiable based on experience)
  • Fixed Pay: 85% | Variable Pay: 15% (Performance-based)
  • Annual Increment: Up to 10% from second year
