Application Fee
- General / Freedom Fighter / Sports: Rs. 1000/-
- SC / BC / EWS: Rs. 250/-
- Ex-Servicemen & Dependent: Rs. 200/-
- Physically Handicapped: Rs. 500/-

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age (General): 37 Years
- SC / BC (Punjab Residents): Up to 42 Years
- Govt Employees: Up to 45 Years
- Physically Handicapped (Punjab Residents): Up to 47 Years
- Widows / Divorcees: Up to 40 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Punjab Recruitment of Ex-Servicemen Rules, 1982
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
- 120 Hours Computer/IT Course from Government recognized or ISO 9001 certified institution OR ‘O’ Level Certificate from DOEACC.
- Punjabi Language at Matriculation level with minimum 50% marks (mandatory qualifying).
Pay Scale
- Post Name: Clerk
- Level-2 Pay Scale: Rs. 19,900/-
Selection Process
- Written Examination (Objective Type – MCQs)
- Part A: Punjabi Language (Qualifying – Minimum 50% marks required)
- Part B: Merit-based Paper (Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer)
- Typing Test: 30 WPM in English & Punjabi (Unicode Raavi Font) – Qualifying Nature
- Document Verification / Counselling
Final merit list will be prepared based on Part-B marks only.

- Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
