Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC as per Government norms
- Retired Defence & Central Government employees are also eligible
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Management / Engineering / Technology from a recognized university
- Minimum 4 Years Experience in HR Management or Marketing
- Knowledge of IT tools and office software systems
- Basic understanding of finance & accounts
- Fluency in Hindi & English with good writing skills
Desirable Qualification
- Working experience in an Educational / Training Institute
Salary / Pay Scale
- Consolidated Salary: ₹55,000/- Per Month
- Annual Increment: Up to 10% (Based on Performance)
- No additional benefits like HRA, Transport, etc.

Job Duration
- Purely on Contract Basis
- Initial Period: 1 Year
- Extendable up to 2 Years based on performance & project funding
