Age Limit
- AGM (Mining) & Manager Posts: Maximum 45 Years
- Jr. Manager (Survey): Maximum 30 Years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 Years, OBC (NCL) – 3 Years, Others as per Govt. of India rules
Eligibility
- Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal) for AGM & Manager (Mining).
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mining Machinery for Manager (Mechanical).
- 3 Year Diploma in Mining or Mining & Mines Survey with Mines Surveyors Competency Certificate for Jr. Manager (Survey).
- Relevant post-qualification work experience required (2–12 Years as per post).
- Qualifications must be recognized by AICTE/DGMS.
Salary / Pay Scale
- AGM (Mining) (M-7): ₹100,000 – 260,000/-
- Manager (Mechanical/Mining) (M-5): ₹80,000 – 220,000/-
- Jr. Manager (Survey) (M-2): ₹50,000 – 160,000/-
- Other Benefits: PRP, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Medical Facilities & Group Insurance as per rules.
