• Senior Administration Officer: 01 Post
• Personal Assistant: 02 Posts
• Assistant Section Officer: 02 Posts
• Stenographer Grade – II: 02 Posts
• Junior Secretariat Assistant: 04 Posts
• Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 05 Posts

Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates):

• For Stenographer Grade – II (18 to 27 years as on 15.10.2025): Born not earlier than 16.10.1998 and not later than 15.10.2007. (both dates inclusive)
• For Senior Administrative Officer (18 to 45 years as on 15.10.2025): Born not earlier than 16.10.1980 and not later than 15.10.2007. (both dates inclusive)
• For Other Posts (18 to 35 years as on 15.10.2025): Born not earlier than 16.10.1990 and not later than 15.10.2007. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:

• For Senior Administrative Officer: Master Degree + Relevant Experience.
• For Personal Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 5 years experience / Matriculation (10th) passed with 7 years experience. Shorthand Speed 100 w.p.m and typing speed 40 w.p.m
• For Assistant Section Officer: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
• For Stenographer Grade – II: Intermediate (10+2) passed + Stenography
• For Junior Secretariat Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
• For Multi Tasking Staff: Matriculation (10th) Passed.

Fees: Rs. 750/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC / ST / Female / PwBD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the post of Senior Administrative Officer, Personal Assistant, Assistant Section Officer, Stenographer Grade – II, Junior Secretariat Assistant and MTS in NITTTR Chandigarh Non Teaching Recruitment 2025 are given below:
