Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through the following stages:
- Scrutiny of online applications and eligibility check
- Written Test and/or Skill Test (candidates up to 5–10 times the number of vacancies will be called, as per notified ratio)
- Preparation of merit list based on educational qualification percentage, written/skill test marks and experience marks
- Document Verification
- Final Selection List and Waiting List preparation
For many posts, merit will be prepared by combining educational percentage (60–65% weight), written/skill test marks (20 marks) and experience marks (up to 10–15 marks). Securing at least 30% of the total marks in the written/skill test (i.e., 6 out of 20) is mandatory for qualification.
