Eligibility
- Essential Qualification: A degree from a recognized University.
- Experience: Fifteen years experience in executive cadre in General Administration, Personnel, Industrial Relations etc., in an Industrial/Commercial/Government undertaking.
- Desirable: Post Graduate degree/diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare or Degree in Law.
Pay Scale
- Rs.100000 – 260000 (Revised)
- Pre-Revised Scale: Rs.43200 – 66000
- After 3 Years (subject to conditions): Rs.120000 – 280000 (Revised)

How to Apply for MPT Goa Secretary Recruitment 2026
- Visit the Online Application Portal (OAP) of Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways – onlinevacancy.shipmin.nic.in
- Register and fill out the online application form between 13.02.2026 to 14.03.2026.
- No application other than OAP will be accepted.
- Submit printout of the online application to your administrative Port for forwarding.
- Administrative Ports must forward applications along with required documents by 30.03.2026.
- Attach ACRs/APARs for last 5 years, NOC, vigilance clearance, certificates, photographs and other required documents as per notification.
