- Maximum Age: 24 Years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 Years, OBC – 3 Years, PwBD – 10 Years
Eligibility
- Trade Apprentice (Chemical Plant / Boiler): B.Sc with Maths, Physics & Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry (Minimum 50% marks, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Technician Apprentice (Chemical): Diploma in Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation): Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics related disciplines.
- No prior apprenticeship in the same trade.
- No job experience of 1 year or more for Technician Apprentice posts.

- All Apprentice Posts: As per Apprentices Act 1961/1973 and IOCL Guidelines

- Apply online from 11-02-2026 to 24-02-2026.
- For Codes 101 & 103: Register on NAPS portal and apply for IOCL Haldia Refinery.
- For Codes 104, 105 & 107: Register on NATS portal and apply for IOCL Haldia Refinery.
- After portal registration, fill the mandatory Microsoft/Google Form.
- Ensure NAPS/NATS profile is 100% complete with correct aggregate percentage.
- Upload required documents and verify all details carefully.
- Take a printout or save a copy of the final submitted application.
