- 12th / 10th / 8th Pass as per post requirement.

Salary / Pay Scale
- Salary Range: Rs. 8,800/- to Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
- Community Health Officer: Rs. 16,500/- + Performance Incentive up to Rs. 15,000/-
- Staff Nurse: Rs. 16,000/- Per Month
- Psychologist – Clinical: Rs. 23,000/- Per Month
- Audiologist: Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
