Eligibility
- Trainer – Mechanical / Metallurgy / Electrical & Electronics
- Master’s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline from AICTE approved institution with minimum 5 years relevant experience OR
- B.E./B.Tech in relevant Engineering discipline from AICTE approved institution with minimum 7 years relevant experience
- Desirable: Experience in Integrated Steel Plant / Secondary Steel Industries, Government PSU experience will be an added advantage
Pay Scale
- Maximum Consolidated Remuneration: ₹1,50,000/- per month
- Remuneration will be consolidated and subject to institute norms

Terms & Conditions
- Engagement will be on contract basis
- Initial probation period of one year
- Contract period: 2 Years (extendable up to 5 Years)
- Posts are purely temporary and contractual
- No claim for regular absorption in BPNSI
- Job Location: Kalinganagar, Jajpur, Odisha
- Candidates who applied under Notification No. BPNSI/P&A/PERS/12/2025 need not apply again
